Came for lunch and it was just a very average meal. Nothing special and the chips could do with more seasoning. However the lady serving us was nice and friendly so I’ll give them that.

I Ordered two vege burger with mayo and chilli sauce. The guy who served us he charged me chilli sauce instead of lemon & herb sauce and what we got just hardly sauce on my burger. Very disappointed.

Before 6pm on a Friday, when you try to order a whole chicken, got told that you can only have half or quarter cos they dont have enough chicken, given you never get 'whole' chicken anyway ( always 4 pieces) why can't you just put 1/2 + 1/2 in the same box~.

Food was awful Chips were under cooked, the chicken salad we got was hardly a salad, the chicken was stale (tasted like it's been sitting in the shop for weeks), kale was frozen & hardly any salad for a "salad"...

Had given low rating on my last review. But I visited there a few times later on and it seems that the staff has been paying attention to the request. The service is speedy too without compromising the taste. I always prefer Oporto over Maccas and KFC. Thank you for opening Oporto next to my workplace :)

This franchise never give you what you ask for. They have a special for $10 the picture shows 1/2 leg part with chips and drink. I ask for two with a leg each. Employee turns around tell me not you must have one breast one leg part and I should be happy to get all of that for $10ea. His behaviour was appalling, screaming at me . And that his name was Kevin and he was the owner . This isn’t the first time . Couple of months ago I wanted to buy 3 x 1/2 leg part . Which I get charge individually , they couldn’t do . If you want poorly customer services. To be scream at. And to feel like they doing you a favour, go eat at Oportos Rhodes. They shouldn’t have the name Oporto. They don’t deserve it. Customer service 0 out of 10. Very disappointing specially when you have kids with you. :( There are a great chicken restaurants in Rhodes shopping center.
